Global diversity and inclusion initiatives seek to foster cultures where everyone can be a fully engaged and participating team member from multiple levels of the organization. In pursuit of this goal, barriers to the experience of every day relationships where everyone is included are sought out as well as the moments of engagement, especially when most challenged, are addressed. In this session, we will share themes and trends we are identifying in our work and in our research where women leaders pave the way for opening paths for inclusive leadership. We will share specific stories where partnership across those with more influence and power partner with others who are more on the margins create new possibilities for collaboration and success.
