Stakeholder engagement has been a challenging task, already prior to the Pandemic era: In accordance to EU data, out of 173 current projects of common interests 77 will be completed in 2020. Many have delays or do not get concluded due to reactions from interested parties based on ineffective public awareness processes. And in the COVID-19 era? When people use A.I. to fake their zoom meeting presence? Well, this is the era of “out-of-scope stakeholder engagement”.
